Want to give back and build new skills at the same time?

IYM is looking for alumnae to become mentors for IYM online and IYM residential — helping run events, mentoring during the innovation challenge, being on a panel, or MC and inspiring other young women to explore STEMM.

It’s flexible, some roles can be remote, some need to be F2F, and roles are spread out over the year. You’ll build confidence, learn real-world communication skills, and be part of a supportive IYM community, making a real difference.
