Nina, who now works as a Finance & Economics Senior Analyst at PwC, says it’s been an absolute privilege to help establish and grow the Alumnae Council and network, and to work alongside such passionate young wāhine who care deeply about the future of STEMM in Aotearoa.

“IYM has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life over the past few years, and I’m so proud of everything we’ve achieved together.  I will always be a huge cheerleader for IYM and the awesome alumnae who continue to amaze me.”

IYM Chair, Gaylene Hughes, says the contribution of Nina and her colleagues and peers among the Alumnae cannot be overstated.

“IYM does what it does to support and encourage young women into STEMM, both at secondary school and as part of their career.  Having input from the young women on our Alumnae is essential – it guides what we do and what we offer, so we are very grateful to people like Nina, who give of their time and energy to help us help others be successful in STEMM.

“Thank you, Nina, and good look in all your endeavours.”
