Programme Structure
IYM Residential 2025 with Pertronic is a residential programme and all students stay together at Silverstream Retreat, Upper Hutt. Each day, the group travels to a variety of science and technology businesses, Crown Research Institutes and tertiary education providers in the Wellington region.
During these visits, participants experience hands-on science and technology activities and hear from women who have built careers and businesses in the sector. In the evenings, the group hears from inspiring speakers, reflects together on the day’s experiences and gets to know the other amazing young women in the group!
